James Crawford's "A Flying History" truly contributes to the Black Cat's website. It is such an excellent work; it has been my goal to convert the 58-page book into an AudioBook addition to his work. It is a long process, and mine was interrupted by a long illness. I am happy to say, "I am back on the project and have an update to report. We have 25 of the 58 pages fully programmed with Audio. The remaining 33 pages have the Audio created and must only be programmed into the booklet. "Only" — again, it is a timely exercise and will be completed ASAP. Once this project is completed, I highly recommend you pass the link to people who (Most likely) have no idea what we are doing over there. James gives the reader a clear understanding, " it was not an E-ticket at Disneyland."

History of the 213th Assault
Support Helicopter Company Crest

The crest of the 213th Aviation Company was derived from the 413th Squadron, a World War II Army Air Corps fighter-bomber squadron. The original crest presented a black cat on a bomb. On the present crest a black cat, back arched in anger, rides a CH-47 Chinook helicopter into battle.
